Navigate to Project

Access the ProjectMgt from the Admin module.

Use the Filter button, when clicked, gives you a dropdown where you can specify various parameters for filtering the records:
- Search string: for filtering records
- A dropdown list of statuses

Create a new Project

To create a New Project, hit the New button in the toolbar area and populate the form fields.

The following are some of the fields that needs to be populated:

Navigate to Project Types

Access the Project type from the Admin/ProjMgt .

Click on New button to create New Project type. A pop box will appear, Input the code and description and click on Execute.

Delete a Project type

To delete a Project type, take the following steps:
- From the list view of the Project Type, select the record you want to delete
- Click the Delete button in the tool bar area.
To edit a Project type, select the project type and click on edit.

Project Output Types

Navigate to Project Output Types

This displays a list view of Project Output Types

- Edit: for making changes in the records
- Delete: for deleting records
- Ellipses (…): for other action button

To create a New Project output, hit the New button in the toolbar area and populate the form fields.

Navigate to Simple Value List

Access the Master Data sub-module of the Organisation module.

Click on Key Value Lists.

This displays a list view of Key Value Lists.

To create a Key Value List, hit the New button in the toolbar area and populate the form fields.

To edit a Key Value List, select the particular record you want to edit by clicking the radio button
Click the Edit button

To delete a Key Value List, select the particular record you want to delete by clicking the radio button
