Project Outputs
Concept
Project Outputs is part of Admin Management. Use it to record deliverables produced by a project. It supports administrative governance by keeping project, activity, request, setup, or subscription records consistent across the ERP.
Fields
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Code / Number | Unique identifier for the record. |
| Name / Description | Human-readable label or explanation. |
| Owner / Responsible Person | Staff member or role accountable for the record. |
| Status | Current state, such as active, pending, open, closed, or retired. |
How To
- Open Admin Management -> Project Management -> Project Outputs.
- Use search or filters to find an existing record.
- Open a record to review its details, status, and related sub-records.
- Click New when a new record is required.
- Complete the required fields and save.
- Use workflow actions such as Send, Approve, Post, Close, or Delete only where they are available for that page.
