Concept
Schemes is part of Admin Management. Use it to maintain subscription schemes used for company and staff subscriptions. It supports administrative governance by keeping project, activity, request, setup, or subscription records consistent across the ERP.
Fields
| Field | Meaning |

| Code / Number | Unique identifier for the record. |
| Name / Description | Human-readable label or explanation. |
| Owner / Responsible Person | Staff member or role accountable for the record. |
| Status | Current state, such as active, pending, open, closed, or retired. |
How To
- Open Admin Management -> Subscriptions -> Schemes.
- Use search or filters to find an existing record.
- Open a record to review its details, status, and related sub-records.
- Click New when a new record is required.
- Complete the required fields and save.
- Use workflow actions such as Send, Approve, Post, Close, or Delete only where they are available for that page.
