Searching Case Call Overs#

Click on the search button as shown in Fig 1.0, select the customer group, and the date for which you want to export the data.

Exporting Case Call Overs#

Customer Case Callover can be exported from the system in an excel format by clicking on the Export button as shown in Fig 2.0 below.
