Web Accounts

Concepts & Definitions

The Customer Web portal feature gives customers self-service access to their account information through a web interface. Web profiles control which customers have portal access, manage their login credentials, and determine which data they can see. Approving or activating a customer’s web profile grants them access; locking it suspends it without deleting the account.
