Web Users

Concept

Web Users supports CRM by keeping customer, portal, relationship, transaction, or sales information available in the route used by the ERP. Use the page to capture structured records, review status, and support customer-facing workflows.

Fields

FieldMeaning
Code / ReferenceUnique identifier for the record.
Customer / PartnerCustomer, partner, or account affected by the record.
DescriptionHuman-readable summary or business context.
StatusCurrent workflow state, such as pending, active, approved, posted, closed, or retired.

How To

  1. Open CRM -> Portal -> Web Users.
  2. Use search or filters to find an existing record.
  3. Open a record to review its details and related sub-records.
  4. Click New when a new record is required.
  5. Complete the required fields and save.
  6. Use Send, Approve, Post, Close, Activate, or Delete only where those actions are available for the page.
