Income Types
Income Types are reusable categories for incoming finance activity. They support consistent posting, review, and reporting of income records.

Fields
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Code | The short identifier for the income type. |
| Name | The display name shown to users. |
| GL Account | The income account used when records of this type are posted. |
| Company | The company where the income type is available. |
| Status | Indicates whether the type can be selected on new income records. |
HowTo
- Open Finance.
- Select Expense & Income.
- Open Income Types.
- Create or update the type and confirm its GL account mapping.
- Activate the type when it is ready for income entry.
