Navigate to GL Account Creaton CallOver

Access the Reports sub-module of the Finance module
Click on GL Account Creation CallOver

GL History Audit

Navigate to GL History Audit

Step 1: Access the Reports sub-module of the Finance module from the left sidemenu as shown in the fig1 below.
Step 2: Click on GL History Audit as shown in the fig1 below.

This displays a list view of GL History Audit.

Filtering GL History Audit

Use the Filter button, when clicked, gives you a dropdown where you can specify various parameters for filtering the records:
- Search string: for filtering records
- Company
- To
- From
- Entry Type
- Entry Method

Exporting GL History Audit

Export the GL History Audit data to excel by clicking the Export button

Note: Once the export button is clicked, it pops up an option to download a copy of the GL History Audit to your computer system as an excel document.

Printing GL History Audit

Print the GL History Audit data by clicking the Print button.

Navigate to Statistics Account Creation CallOver

Access the Partner Tranasactions sub-module of the Finance module
Click on Statistics Account Creation CallOver
