Organograms

Organograms show the organisation’s reporting structure. They connect roles, units, and reporting relationships so HR users can understand where positions sit in the organisation.

Concepts

OrganogramA structural chart or reporting model.
Parent RoleThe role or node above another role.
Child RoleA role or node reporting into another role.
Effective StructureThe current hierarchy used for reporting and staffing decisions.

How To Review an Organogram

  1. Go to HCM -> Setup -> Organograms.
  2. Open the relevant organogram record.
  3. Review the displayed reporting structure.
  4. Check that roles and parent-child relationships match the approved organisation structure.
  5. Use the related role setup pages to correct role definitions where needed.
