Org Career Tracks

Org Career Tracks describe staff progression paths or job families. They help HR connect related roles and make career movement easier to understand.

Concepts

Field	Meaning
Career Track	A path or family of related roles.
Code	The short identifier for the track.
Description	The user-facing name or explanation of the track.

Career tracks are useful for role design, succession planning, performance planning, and staff development.

Go to HCM -> Setup -> Org Career Tracks.
Click New.
Enter the track code and description.
Save the record.
Use the track when defining roles or process templates that depend on career path.
