Item Transfers

Concept

The Item Transfers page works with item transfer records in the Supply Chain Management module. It supports item, inventory, purchasing, sales, or activity workflows depending on the selected SCM area.

Fields

FieldMeaning
Transfer NoTransfer reference.
From StoreSource location.
To StoreDestination location.
StatusTransfer state.

HowTo

  1. Open SCM and choose Item Transfers from the Inventory area.
  2. Use filters or search to find the item, customer, vendor, transaction, or report record.
  3. Open the record to review quantities, values, dates, status, and linked documents.
  4. For editable workflows, choose New or Update, complete the required fields, and save.
  5. Confirm that stock, balances, prices, or transaction status now reflect the change.
