Notification Templates

Concept

The Notification Templates page works with notification template records in the System module. It supports shared configuration and administration that affects multiple ERP modules.

Fields

Field	Meaning
Template Code	Unique template code.
Notification Type	Type that uses the template.
Subject	Default message subject.
Body	Message content or template body.

HowTo

Open System and choose Notification Templates from the Notifications area.
Use filters or search to find the record you need.
Open the record to confirm its status and linked setup.
For editable records, choose New or Update, complete the required fields, and save the record.
Confirm the related workflow, access rule, notification, document requirement, or job now behaves as expected.
