Audit Ops

Concept

The Audit Ops page works with audit operation records in the System module. It supports shared configuration and administration that affects multiple ERP modules.

Fields

Field	Meaning
Operation Id	Audit operation reference.
User	User who performed the action.
Entity	Entity affected.
Date	Date and time of the operation.

HowTo

Open System and choose Audit Ops from the Security area.
Use filters or search to find the record you need.
Open the record to confirm its status and linked setup.
For editable records, choose New or Update, complete the required fields, and save the record.
Confirm the related workflow, access rule, notification, document requirement, or job now behaves as expected.
