RBAC Templates

Concept

The RBAC Templates page works with RBAC template records in the System module. It supports shared configuration and administration that affects multiple ERP modules.

Fields

Field	Meaning
Template Code	Reusable template identifier.
Name	Display name.
Roles	Roles assigned by the template.
Applications	Applications assigned by the template.

HowTo

Open System and choose RBAC Templates from the Security area.
Use filters or search to find the record you need.
Open the record to confirm its status and linked setup.
For editable records, choose New or Update, complete the required fields, and save the record.
Confirm the related workflow, access rule, notification, document requirement, or job now behaves as expected.
