Entity Operations

Concept

The Entity Operations page works with entity operation records in the System module. It supports shared configuration and administration that affects multiple ERP modules.

Fields

Field	Meaning
Entity	Entity or resource name.
Operation	Operation being secured.
Role Mapping	Roles that can perform the operation.
Status	Whether the operation is active.

HowTo

Open System and choose Entity Operations from the Security area.
Use filters or search to find the record you need.
Open the record to confirm its status and linked setup.
For editable records, choose New or Update, complete the required fields, and save the record.
Confirm the related workflow, access rule, notification, document requirement, or job now behaves as expected.
