Activity
The Activity area is for review and analysis. It helps users monitor balances and ledger activity already posted against vendors.
Concepts
| Concept | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Cash balance | The current balance position for a vendor profile or account. |
| Vendor account ledger | The detailed ledger movement behind a vendor balance. |
| Activity over period | A date-bounded view of vendor transactions and activity totals. |
How To Review Activity
- Open VRM -> Activity.
- Select Cash Balances to review current vendor balances.
- Drill into a vendor account ledger when ledger movement needs explanation.
- Select Activity Over Period to analyse activity for a date range.
