Cash Balances
Cash Balances provide a current balance view for vendor-related accounts and profiles.
Concepts
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Vendor | The vendor linked to the balance. |
| Profile | The account or profile whose balance is shown. |
| Currency | The currency of the balance. |
| Balance | The current amount available or outstanding. |
How To Review Cash Balances
- Open VRM -> Activity -> Cash Balances.
- Search or filter by vendor, profile, or currency.
- Review the current balance.
- Drill into the ledger where more detail is required.
