Web Profiles
Web Profiles control the vendor-facing profile information available through the portal.
Concepts
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Vendor | The vendor linked to the web profile. |
| Profile Name | The display name for the portal profile. |
| Status | Whether the profile is active or inactive. |
| Portal Access | Whether the profile can be used on the portal. |
How To Review Web Profiles
- Open VRM -> Portal -> Web Profiles.
- Search for the vendor profile.
- Review the profile status and portal-facing details.
- Update the record where portal access or display information needs correction.
